Overview and Objectives:
Holistica brings you another world first! This is a course designed specifically for those of you recruiting in the rapidly evolving 3G telecoms market. First we give you a quick overview of the basic concepts in telephony including of course how the whole mobile market started.
Touching on everything from Marconi's first demonstration to the launch of Hutchison Whampoa's UK 3G service. Then we bring you up to speed on all of the key concepts, strategies and technologies in mobile telephony and 3G recruitment today.
This training will teach you everything you need to know in order to confidently discuss 3G CVs and job specifications with candidates and clients alike. As well as clarifying the jargon and terminology seen on CVs, you will obtain a clear understanding of some of the evolving associated technologies such as 4G, mobileVoIP and WiMax.
Pre-requisites:
There are no pre-requisites for attending this course, however we prefer that you have had some exposure to telecoms services or products at a business level.

Format:
This is a highly interactive one day course with quizzes and recruitment based discussion throughout the day. This is currently a one-day course which is only delivered on-site at your premises.
Delivery:
All of our presenters have had hands-on experience of technology recruitment. As well as this they are also trainers who have been accredited by the Institute of IT Trainers (IITT) as being able to deliver in accordance with their TAP (Training Assessment Programme) methodology, and as such are acknowledged as being able to deliver technical training of the highest calibre.
